Important information surrounding this maintenance request:
- The phone number provided must be a number where we can reach you between the hours of 9:00 and 5:00 Monday to Friday. If this number is only available part of that time, please indicate the hours you will be at each number.
- We will normally send you an email receipt of your maintenance request within one business day. If you do not receive a receipt or acknowledgement of your maintenance request, please contact us to verify receipt.
- If you have not been contacted by one of our repair companies to set up an appointment within a reasonable amount of time (2-3 business days on non-emergency matters), please contact us, as we assume that if no word is forthcoming, the request has been handled. Most repair companies perform their services during normal business hours, however pre-discussed appointments may be made for after hours and during weekends at the convenience of the repair company and you. Be advised that the Landlord will not authorize the paying of overtime or after hours charges, except in the case of a major emergency. After hours major emergencies (such as major plumbing, electrical, fire, etc.,) may be reported by calling our normal office number, (713) 895-9966 and following the instructions.
- By submitting this form, you understand the above and acknowledge that if a deductible applies per your lease; or if the repair is found to be of Tenant responsibility or cause; that you will be invoiced for part or all of the incurred charges.
